Review: 17.2 and 17.1

Two recent updates that show little improvement.

• I saw nothing new.

17.0

• Chat star level selector, you can set who to chat with based on their star level. This is to stop spammers as level 0 is never available to chat. 

Works well so far but already most spammers are lvl 1.
