White Bag: Inc

Shhh! My secret place for finding white bags is in the Snake Pit treasure rooms. Typically there are 0-3 treasure rooms and the red snake will drop the same thing that the boss drops. So that is up to 4 chances of getting a white bag with little effort.

This is the Wine Cellar Incantation (Inc) that recently dropped. As you see it also drops speed potions and T9 staffs.

My favorite part is that most players rush this dungeon kill the queen and leave. A proper search may get you 3 more chances at white bags or at least some decent T9-T10 stuff.

Uncommon Penguin Egg

Doing an Abyss Dungeon run I got this uncommon penguin egg from a blue bag at the end. It had  a vitality potion and a common egg also. I drank the potion and gave away the common egg.

I had the choice of feeding it or hatching it but I had only a common green penguin so I decided why not hatch it. I always keep about 40 pets in the yard leaving room to add 10 more at any time.

What a coincident it is also a green penguin this is perfect because i can release the common green penguin and did not waste anything feeding it and fusing it.

Here are the stats:

• Attack Far 30
• Electric 0
• Magic Heal (not active)

It is kind of weak compared to other uncommon pets I got before which usually have a second ability between 7-14. Still a great find.

Pet Tracking with RealmEye

RealmEye is a separate site that tracks everything you did once you are in the nexus. Every important statistics is there including everything you need to now about your pet.

Clicking on the little info sign next to your pets level shows how much feed power is needed to both get to the next level and max. It displays up to 50 pets which is the same max number you can have in your pet yard. For the pets to be displayed you must have them Follow you into the nexus at least once. For current information you must bring the back to the nexus for RealmEye to see.

With the new login feature you can delete wrong pets and hide information. Overall this is a great tool to assist in building the right pet in the most efficient manner.

Testing: Lava-Sheep and Forest Maze

Testing is a private server, sometime two servers, where new features and tweaks are put up. The purpose is to test performance and any issues that may appear.

Nothing in Testing is transferable to your main account. You cannot buy gold but sometimes it is given away for free. XP chickens are often spawned by developers in the Nexus for a free experience boost.

Lava Sheep

On this release they introduced sheep that walk around and leave lava holes that last for a few seconds then turn to rock. These sheep speak under the name <Guild Pet> and say Baa. I am hoping this is a way to kill spambots as the generally kill low level players only.

 Forest Maze Dungeon

Forest Maze Portal drops from the same thing that drop the Pirate Cave Portal.

Forest Maze is a new level 1 dungeon, level 5 is the hardest, in the picture above you see the basic layout in the map. It is cool because you pass under the trees between chambers and disappear for a less than a second. Any enemies can still damage you while in the blackout area.

The on unique drop is a the Speed spout. When consumed you get 5 seconds of a speed boost. They drop from soulbound purple bags but can be traded.

Boss is a wimpy boss Mama Megamoth. Before that you face some minor squirrels, minor moths, and some wimpy guys.

Then there is a weak but cool looking giant squirrel. It shoots three acorns at you but no real damage.

The boss throws minor confusion attacks but since it is so weak you can easily defeat her. My pet Baby is throwing the electric (paralyze).


Side note for playing on testing. Your character is not meant to be permanent so the developers can spawn any type of enemy for a funny slaughter.

Free Stuff

Occasionally the game owners at Kabam give stuff to the players. Nothing grand but just little things to pacify the rabid fans.

In the screenshot above you see the special chest vault my little knight is standing in front of at the time. There are four free gifts.

1. Ant egg, the free ants were given when you unlock the ninja.
2. Oryx Stout, this was a St. Patrick's Day freebie because apparently all Irish people drink.
3. Valentines, these are little hearts that follow you around. (5 were given but I fed 4 to my pet)
4. Cheaters items, these were T14 items that were prematurely released then duped (illegally duplicated) then Kabam turned them into useless items that takes points away from you. An April Fools Day gift.

Do not expect free stuff often April Fools Day stuff is a tradition from the WildShadow days. Not every holiday is even celebrated or mentioned. Most of the stuff is weak and I just keep them in the chest. although only 8 slots are there up to 15 or so spaces are available.

Legendary Egg

Sure the road to making a divine pet is easier if you have a Legendary Egg but that is only if you have enough fame to hatch it.

In the testing account I have this Legendary ???? Egg and I am unable to hatch it. To hatch such an egg apparently you need to upgrade your yard several times.

It would cost exactly 27,500 fame to upgrade the yard and I only have about 600 fame on that account.

When hatched I would get one of these.

I kind of like the Jalepeño but the Gummy Bear would be nice too. Snowman is definitely great for Christmas.

Seeing how testing is opened about once every two weeks and only for a day or so it will be a wile before I get enough fame. Occasionally gold and fame are giving for free in testing but I am not holding my breath. It has been almost a month since that egg dropped and I am no closer to hatching it.

Road to Divine Pet

To get your ROMTG pet to the highest divine level you need a plan. The best plan is follows:

1. Decide which pet divine pet you want.
2. Choose the abilities you want.(Heal, Magic Heal, Electric seems to be the best.)
3. Hatch only the eggs you need, not every egg you find.

Here was my first attempt using the Testing server. I tracked everything with Excel.

I tracked all the abilities to see which ones are best to use. You are limited to 50 pets in the yard so I made sure not to go over 40 since 10 spaces should be left open in case of rare or legendary egg drops.

Here is a modified NCAA bracket that I am also using to track the fame cost to max and fuse pets. I never use gold so I wlll fill out the bracket with the pet type and fame cost.

Using any NCAA bracket is good because the path to one Divine is similar.
16 Common pets > 8 Uncommon pets > 4 Rare pets > 2 Legendary pets > 1 Divine pet

White Bag: A. S. S.

In Realm of the Mad God (ROTMG) one of the prizes for killing certain high strength enemies is a white bag that contains at least one of the games rarest items. These items are usually very strong and hard to find. 

 This was from last night after going to Oryx's Castle which is what happens when the realm is closed.

I battled the Red Stone Guardian mostly by myself since the other guys were fighting the purple. Allegedly the red is the one you should get first since it will be harder to kill later. Highlighted is what was in the white bag an Ancient Stone Sword (A.S.S.). It is very powerful and cannot be traded currently since it is Untiered (UT).

I found white bags containing, Bulwark, Inc. (thrice), Planewalkers, and this sword before. They are not as rare as they use to be. It took me nearly a year to find my first white bag but since then I found half a dozen more. 

Welcome to ROTMG

Realm of the Mad God (ROTMG)  is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that I play on a regular basis. It is a game where you are a hero trying to clear the mystical realm of bad guys, monsters, and gods.

You start off as a weakling with weak equipment. You are given one character and one chest in a vault that can hold eight items. As you go out into the realm you kill things and they may drop stuff you can either wear or keep for later. Your goal is to get better stuff, drink potions to make you stronger, and become part of the community in order to rank higher and trade for stuff.

I have been playing for over a year and love everything about this game. You do not need a tutorial for this game so I will skip it and just let you know I plan to share screenshots and thoughts about the game. Is this a fan blog, possibly.
